Southern Africa, particularly South Africa, remains a key component of the world’s adventure travel market, providing a rich array of exterior, cultural, and energetic travel experiences supported by a fairly robust tourism infrastructure. In addition to attracting long-haul foreign tourists seeking nature-based and experienced go, adventure vacation in South Africa contributes significantly to regional markets, supporting small and medium-sized businesses, rural populations, and protection efforts.
