- Alaskan Halibut Fish & Chips, Smoked Salmon and Spinach Omelet, Grilled Sockeye Salmon BLT, Fried Cod Fish Tacos, and Fresh Alaskan Salmon and Halibut are served at Karstens Public House.
- Dungeness Crab Cakes, Alder Smoked Salmon Chowder, Seared Weathervane Scallops, King Crab Legs, Fresh Alaskan Salmon and Halibut are on the Canyon Ridge Grill menu.
