Following BMA House’s new engagement of the prestigious Silver ECOsmart accreditation for sustainability, the Global Good Awards 2025 will be held on September 24.

Last week, the Global Good Awards ( GGA ) were held at BMA House, marking the seventh year the venue has hosted the event, either in-person or virtually due to COVID-19.

The GGA celebrates companies, NGOs, charities, and social businesses abroad for their pioneering attempts in sustainability and ethical authority. Established in 2015, the honors recognize officials who create flexible, real-world options with a profound impact. It’s flattering that BMA House, known for its commitment to sustainability, continues to serve as the place for this exclusive annual meeting.

We have a common goal with GGA: to promote purpose-driven conservation in all sectors, and hosting their awards ceremony supports their effort to advance the global goal of democratizing conservation.

Hannah Robinson presented the Enactus UK NextGenLeaders Programme with the Educational Excellence Award at the ceremony.

BMA House is a preferred location for events like the Global Good Awards ( GGA ), because of its commitment to sustainability and its numerous eco-friendly initiatives. BMA House has reduced its member carbon footprint by an amazing 69 % over the past four years, and it is on track to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. BMA House is at the forefront of sustainable event having thanks to efforts like zero-waste food guidelines, alternative menus featuring locally sourced make, and coal calculators to assist clients lower their economic effects.

BMA House, which is renowned for its efforts, was honored with second place in the sustainability category at the London Venue Awards in 2017. Since then, it has held Green Tourism Gold accreditation, adhering to the principles that the Global Great Awards celebrate.

In addition to the awards service, last year’s event featured networking meetings, live music, a beverages greeting, and a seated three-course food. Biodynamic and green vineyards were served at the reception along with canapés made from surplus produce provided by food waste donation Waste Knot. The plant-based dinner was crafted by Company of Cooks, BMA House’s in-house cook, more emphasizing the show’s devotion to conservation.

The GGA has already confirmed BMA House as the venue for its 2025 awards ceremony, scheduled for 24th September.

Additionally, it was made known this week that Greengage and BMA House have successfully maintained their Platinum ECOsmart status.
