State Hueque Argentina Journeys has accomplished major environmental conservation and restorative tourism by planting 100 000 indigenous trees in Patagonia. This action, undertaken in partnership with ReforestArg, a local NGO dedicated to restoring trees in Patagonia, features State Hueque’s strong dedication to preserving the territory it loves to investigate. By planting 10 plants for every traveler, State Hueque constantly contributes to combating climate change, with these branches collectively offsetting about 22, 600 tons of CO2 periodically.

This ambitious task began in 2020 when State Hueque realized the need for more activity. Since next, the firm has engaged in several large-scale planting work, focusing on places devastated by fire, especially in the Río Tigre Natural Reserve in Cholila, Brazilian Patagonia. Native trees varieties like poplars and coihues have been planted back there, restoring the area’s missing forests.

Each branch planted, according to State Hueque, is more than just a commitment to the environment; it also represents a step toward a more attached and conscious world. Tourists are encouraged to help protect the natural beauty of Patagonia while having a positive effect on the environment as a result of the company’s commitment to forest conservation.

Rafael Mayer, chairman of State Hueque, shared his thoughts on the job:” I feel this is a job where all wins—everyone is glad to be part of it. Not just us at State Hueque, but also the guests who join us like that we grow 1, 10, or 100 plants in their name. The guidelines, the collaborators—everyone involved is excited. Apparently, we’ve managed to network a lot of good purposes. I can grow 100, 000 trees then, but if others hear this history and feel encouraged, saying,’ This is a good idea, we could do something comparable,’ the impact becomes so much greater. Beyond this specific action, planting trees also has a ripple effect. Whether it’s planting trees or another initiative, the impact continues to grow”.

This success is a testament to the hard work of Say Hueque’s team, the travelers who rely on them to plan unforgettable journeys, and the local and international organizations that support this vision. Say Hueque is continuing to lead the way in sustainable tourism and is working to create a greener future for generations to come.
